I first experienced a qigong master in 1995 -- Effie P. Chow. I was so skeptical beforehand that I asked for my admittance fee to be lowered and she cut it in half -- I think I paid $10. Then during her demonstration she had us make "chi balls" -- holding our hands slightly apart with the palms facing -- she had filled the room with chi. Sure enough I felt very strong electromagnetic energy pushing my hands apart. Then at the end everyone was leaving -- in a University classroom. A security guard wandered in wondering what was going on since the fuse got blown in the room behind the qigong master.

I assure you that qigong energy definitely is electromagnetic as chi and then as shen energy it is laser holographic - so more coherent and higher frequency. Then there is jing energy which is electrochemical emotional energy like a buzzing tingling heat bliss sensation.

O.K. so then in 1999 in my graduate class at the University qigong master Chunyi Lin gave a presentation. At this point I had read Harvard medical doctor David Eisenberg's book Encounters with Qi -- and Chunyi Lin was exactly like the qigong master in that book who did telekinesis. So I knew Chunyi Lin was real -- my friend had even meditated with him and recommended him. So when I took his class he walked around and used the Shaolin sword fingers to transmit energy into us. We did a simple standing exercise called "Moving of Yin and Yang." ....So anyway John Chang is not fake...John Chang is the real deal as he's had several Western students who verify his abilities besides the scientists in the vid.

To finish my masters degree at the U of MN I did the intensive qigong training for about six months. First I was on a special diet -- vegan and then even no salt. I fasted for 8 days on just half a glass of water but I was never hungry and the electromagnetic fields got stronger and stronger. So then I went to the Level 3 healing retreat where Chunyi Lin works to open your third eye which is in the middle of the brain -- the pineal gland. I asked Chunyi Lin what should I do and he said: "Let me read your aura" and he then told me to keep my mouth shut and he left the room. Then the middle of my brain was on fire as he was doing long distance healing to open my third eye.

To train to be a qigong master Chunyi Lin told Jim Nance to sit in full lotus nonstop for 2 hours straight every day with not missing any time. Chunyi Lin did the standing horse stance at Shaolin with the thighs flat for 2 hours nonstop every day for three months. Three months is called a "gong" -- 100 days -- of sublimating the life force energy while emptying the mind - meditating the whole time. So the secret is that ultrasound from collagen creates electromagnetic fields as sonofusion and sonoluminescence. That is the Western explanation. Chunyi Lin when he trained with a top student of Master Zhang -- (Zhang Gong)-- Then Chunyi Lin did a month in full lotus nonstop with only three small apples and three small bottles of water -- in a cave -- no sleep and no food, no water otherwise.

So afterwards he had to get 200 volts of electric transformer energy through his body and be able to change the electricity level. Also he had to change the alcohol level in wine -- to water. Also he levitated up nine feet while in full lotus. O.K. so you think it's too wild? Then qigong master Chunyi Lin was proven to be the real deal by the Mayo Clinic top medical research center doing Western science research.

O.K. so when my electromagnetic energy was very strong then I did see dead spirits that go to Chunyi Lin to get healing -- they floated into the conference room from outside. Chunyi Lin said yes he also heals the dead spirits that come to him when he is emitting chi. So the dead spirits look like human shape but are holographic light energy -- they were yellow to me.

If you want to know the secrets of how to be a qigong master then study this book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality -- free download online. The reason there are few qigong masters is it requires celibacy and total mind concentration -- and so it's best done in solitude and also around a qigong master transmitting energy into you.

This training comes from the original Bushmen trance dance culture -- which has the same training as qigong energy.

O.K. so when Chunyi Lin did the sword fingers when walking past me - then I saw bright light even though my eyes were closed -- and I felt this amazing love bliss energy that was more euphoric than anything I had experienced. So that was the Level 1 class. So the level 2 class he said he could read what percentage an organ in the body was working. So during the break I asked him what percentage my right kidney was working. He was standing in front of me and looked at my right kidney and suddenly I felt it get super hot with bliss energy. He said about 70%.

O.K. so after my level 3 training I did heal my mom so she no longer needed surgical stockings and to keep her legs elevated all the time -- and when I did the healing again it was strong magnetic fields from my hands. So for the qigong master reality is holographic - that's what Chunyi Lin said -- so he can distantly focus on someone just having their name, sex, location and age.

O.K. so then this old lady asked me to heal her and the healing is without any touching but I forgot to not pull the energy blockages out from the top center of the head. So I accidentally pulled her spirit right out of her body and she immediately started bawling and kept bawling for at least 15 minutes nonstop. So when the electromagnetic energy is strong you have to be careful -- when I pulled her spirit out of her it felt like a heavy electromagnetic blob.

So at first in the training the jing energy is built up so the kidneys get hot and then the thymus and then the energy turns from hot bliss into electromagnetic energy. This has to be stored and built up and then the middle of the brain gets hot and electromagnetic and you can have electromagnetic fields shoot out of the middle of the brain -- this is how telepathy happens.

For astral travel there is a spacetime vortex around the body -- and this is what really freaked me out so I stopped training after that -- intensively. But then Chunyi Lin touched his finger to my forehead to further open my third eye so then I had a permanent magnetic bliss in the middle of my brain after that. He said I had an enlightenment experience.

That was in 2000. So then I spent 10 years sitting in full lotus and reading one scholarly book a day to translate it back into Western science. I was no longer storing up the chi energy but instead just transmitting it through my pineal gland but I needed to purify the jing energy first to build up the chi before transmitting it through the pineal gland. So then I stopped transmitting the energy through the pineal gland.

But essentially the pineal gland will read other peoples' energy through this spirit energy -- it is light energy that shoots out of the eyes and the pineal gland -- and then my own internal body will then holographically reflect the blockage in someone else. So the main blockages are emotional electrochemical blockages so that each main organ is actually for a main emotion -- since they are electrochemical energy. So a liver blockage is anger -- so if someone has a big liver blockage around me then my own liver will burn hot until I clear out their liver blockage. The pancreas is worry, the lungs are sadness, the heart is over-excitement, the kidneys are fear. So each of these organs gets transformed to build up the love energy of the heart that is then transmitted out of the pineal gland as spirit holographic energy.

Kowtowing to qigong master Jim Nance: I think too much! Dennis McKenna says to my internet friends buy his book! haha

Wow -- I'm on my way down to our little village to see and hear Dennis McKenna in our little one room library. I plan to buy his book, etc.

But I just had one of the best days of my life at the Spring Forest Qigong Center.

This morning I did olive oil with cayenne and spirulina -- olive oil to increase my testosterone. I did a bit of full lotus but not enough to relax my sore muscles and then amazingly I got to the Center at time.

My old friend was sitting there and I said: Advaita! That's what I think of when I see you! haha.

He was super nice to me and I chatted away -- the most free I've talked in person in years!! He said he couldn't pick up me off-gassing anything! haha. I said thanks for the feedback. We joked and caught up and he introduced me to a female friend he brought along who is a regular recipient of healing.

I was the only one sitting in full lotus for the meditation but before it started qigong master Jim Nance asked if "Dawn Hempel" was in the room? My friend snickered. Well Jim got my name corrected and said he wanted to sing something to me and I said -- well I have your c.d. and he said he was embarrassed and that he sang in the wrong key and out of tune. haha. So then 35 people sang happy birthday to me!!

Well the master healers walked around the room snapping their sword fingers at us as they filled us with qi energy. Even though my knees were not supported by the chair as I sat in full lotus I stuck it through for an hour session -- proud of myself. haha. I had lower tan tien heat and amazing body bliss -- electromagnetic love energy. I could see an aura of white light around qigong master Jim Nance.

When the session ended Jim came over to talk with me! It was awesome. I asked him questions and he said how he remembered me now, etc. and we joked and talked about great stuff for maybe ten minutes.

Then I said bye to my friends, asking for a birthday hug, and I bought the "Small Universe" hour long c.d. and then I left, ending up at a specialty tea shop where I bought 4 ozs of green tea, also drinking a cup.

When I returned for my "qi-ssage" -- it was fantastic. I asked Jackie what she picked up and she said that I had not gotten enough sleep. I said yes! I had been woken up by my family needing help. She said that my back was tense.

Anyway she massaged the acupuncture points on my forehead and skull and it was fantastic -- suddenly I got this strong electromagetic full body sensation as my spirit slightly expanded beyond my body. She then went to work on my shoulders and back -- she really pressed hard. I said if I start crying then I know it is working well. haha. I apologized for being so stiff -- explaining my situation and promising to meditate more. I asked her about the energy I felt when she was doing my skull and she said she felt strong energy also.

Yeah so then my session with Jim started -- one on one. He said what's going on? I said you tell me! He said he gets that alot. What proceeded was the most amazing session -- I peppered Jim with questions and all his answers were so brilliant and spot-on -- exactly what I needed to hear.

I asked Jim -- saying how I had gotten 24 rabies vaccine shots when I was 2 years old and I think that affected me and what did he pick up? He said were they right here? He points to his stomach. I said yeah! He said yeah right when you said that I picked it up. Amazing.

Anyway we talked for quite a while -- and Jim said things to me extremely profound and reaffirming what I needed to know, etc. It was really amazing. Then Jim started waving his hands and closing his eyes and so I just sat there as I felt this strong electromagnetic energy deep inside my body.

I asked Jim about the food issue and it going to my head, etc. and he said I need to "clear" my food of blockages before I eat it. I explained how I don't feel any electromagnetic energy from my hands, only in the middle of my head, except sometimes -- but I'll do it anyway even if I don't feel anything. I said how I had done sword fingers on my knee and definitely felt it but I think it was the biophoton light.

Anyway Jim said how I think too much but that 99% of people would not understand that the power of our thoughts come from Nothingness and that I understand this. He said he got a vision of me in Star Trek. I said Star Trek? Why? He said that it meant I can go places that most people can't go to.

Jim said that I often have more energy than other people but then people take that energy. Jim then said I need to build up my energy to get to a place where people can not even sense the energy and therefore do not know there is anything to take. I said yeah Chunyi Lin said I need to get past opening up the 2nd chakra. Jim said oh he said that? Jim said yeah that is very difficult -- it takes a lot of work to do. I said yeah. Jim said: Someone else said that also? I said well Gurdjieff talks about that also. He said yeah.

So anyway I will leave now to go to see Dennis McKenna and I will add this to the blog. We've had freezing rain today so driving was difficult - an hour plus each way.

But Jim and I discussed many other things and it was very helpful. Yes and I did kowtow to qigong master Jim Nance -- he was surprised but said just me standing there, knowing that was thankful, was more than enough for me.

I then bought a copy of Chunyi Lin's book "Born a Healer" plus 3 meditation c.d.s in total. So even though it was "Free Friday" -- where I got about $200 worth of qigong healing services -- at least I spent $75 buying meditation materials.

So I just got back from 2 1/2 hours of Dennis McKenna. At first he showed slides of his home town and then gradually about a half hour in he mentioned psychedelics and then began into his research in the Amazon.

When I had entered the event I immediately was next to Dennis and mentioned I had emailed him but he said he hadn't read it yet and I said how I had combined DMT with qigong yoga. Then later I bought a book from him and told him it was Mimosa. He said - Hostilis? I said yeah with Syrian Rue. He asked for clarification and how was it. I put my mouth by his ear to say I had the biggest orgasmic experience of my life and how this rainbow light kicked in and my heart made this loud OHM sound. I said I couldn't move for four hours. He said - well it pays off. So he asked my name and asked if I had sent him the email. He said that he could respond to that.

Anyway Dennis remembered the title of Michael Taussig's other book but had not read Taussig's latest book -- the Color of the Sacred.

So there were some young hippie dudes next to me and I asked about getting pscilocybin as Dennis had discussed it. Of course they wouldn't tell me but told me I can culture it myself. I first told them I had found Amanita Muscaria locally. Anyway then later I told them about my Mimosa Hostilis experience which they seemed impressed enough with so that they shared some of their own views on researching the topic, etc.

I said it seems like if you did enough psilocybin it could be just as good as DMT. They agreed but one said that everyone was too "chicken shit" but they knew some brothers who had done five grams.

So anyway the little one room library was packed to capacity -- close to 50 people and many of them bought books. I didn't realize that Dennis lived in my town for 20 years -- a little less than my parents.

I hadn't ate any food all day so my voice was really weak but it didn't bother me -- I was less threatening to others that way although people, I'm sure, wondered. But then suddenly I was standing next to the lady who had her son healed of severe epilepsy by the Spring Forest Qigong master. I told her I had seen the video and that I had just gotten back from the healing center. She asked if I had seen Chunyi Lin and I said it had been Free Friday so I saw qigong master Jim Nance. So she introduced herself and shook my hand. She told Dennis not to be nervous -- so they obviously are friends. I had asked if she had taken DMT and when she knodded I remembered that she had traveled to the Amazon, as posted on her website.

Our town is where Garrison Keilor lived for a while and is the basis for much of Prairie Home on the Companion, a nationally syndicated radio comedy-entertainment show. Keilor tells dry humor based on the Scandanavian slow mellow lifestyle. So who would think we could pack the library with psychedelic enthusiasts?

There were a few questions by older ladies pondering the efficacy of ayahuasca. It was pretty humorous but Dennis went out of his way to state their curative effects. Dennis read a brilliant description of his ayahuasca trip where he experienced the molecular transformation of photosynthesis, as if he was inside the plant itself. We all applauded as Dennis stated the vision reasserted the power of Mother Nature to defend ecological life against the destruction of modern human civilization. I was glad to hear Dennis speaking out on this.

Dennis reaffimed my own experience as he said the MAOI was the "force" of the ayahuasca -- a force which started at the base of his spine and shot up to his skull. He didn't say it was orgasmic -- but that was my experience and Dennis does say it's serotonin -- which is the basis for the female internal orgasmic experience. So then Dennis said the DMT is the vision part of it and he described it as the basis for photosynthesis - which is the biophoton quantum entanglement energy.

Dennis also told an amazing ayahuasca healing story from Dennis' research on the UDV religion based on ayahuasca ceremonies. The man had a heart mumur and no doctor could treat it in Brazil and the man was told his life would not be as long. So he did ayahuasca and he had a vision of German "spirit doctors" taking out his heart and doing an operation and then putting his heart back. After the ceremony his heart mumur was gone -- as Dennis said -- the doctors could not explain it.

Yeah so it was really awesome overall. Dennis was very nice to me. He said he has to mail out 1200 books and many overseas which is very expensive, but worth it. I told him I had internet friends all over the world, excited that I was going to hear him. He said well tell them to buy the book! haha. I bought a copy and glancing into it was very impressed with the detailed writing, the references, etc. It's a very thorough book --- a tome really.

If you want to buy Dennis McKenna's book http://brotherhoodofthescreamingabyss.com/ there it is!

Who would think there would be a convergence of my qigong and my psychedelic experiences on my birthday? I even described to the local young hippies about my amanita muscaria experience and one of them stated they had heard Dennis McKenna state he was too scared to drink his own urine. haha. I had said - yes I drank my own urine. The fellow wished me good luck on my endeavors after I had described how Amanita Muscaria was a MAOI so it increases your DMT levels and at least we have that locally. He didn't seem ready to drink his own urine. haha.

Oh yeah I asked Dennis if he had noticed any permanent psychophysiological changes in his body, like inside his skull. He said not that he noticed but it didn't do any harm that he noticed either. I asked if he had done ayahuasca right after each other. He said no. I said how many times has he done ayahuasca? He said he lost count a long time ago. haha.

Conner Habib is a gay porn star yet science has proven that homosexuality did not exist for 90% of human history -- the San Bushmen original human culture had no homosexuality. Even E.O. Wilson, the biologist, considers homosexuality to be proven as genetic. So science is very specialized -- scientists are limited -- E.O. Wilson has not taken seriously the empirical anthropological evidence of Elizabeth Marshall Thomas -- she has the proof -- there was no homosexuality for the original human culture going back to 100,000 BCE.

So psychologically -- this issue of NDEs is very similar to proof that homosexuality is based on genetics and not on morality. Even in non-western cultures -- like with Master Nan, Huai-chin of Mahayana Buddhism, it's recognized that NDEs are not "real" in the sense of truly going to heaven, etc. -- because just as scientific skeptics state -- the person did not really die.

Even in quantum physics scientists state that the infinite potential does not exist -- until it is measured. It is not that the infinite potential is randomized before it is measured. Nor is it that the infinite potential is an "unknown" that exists but can not be known. On the contrary -- the infinite potential does not exist until it is measured. Science is based on circular logic that goes back to the very issue of "incommensurability" in mathematics -- as Math Professor Luigi Borazacchini states -- the difference between science and reality is based on a "deep pre-established disharmony."

Some philosophers and math professors acknowledge that real numbers are not logically proven - they are a "convenient fiction" to quote Bertrand Russell. They are a mathematical error of long division as J.J. Asher, the award-winning math teacher states in his essay: The Myth of Irrational Numbers. But science does not use "pure" mathematics. The logic is proof by contradiction and so infinity is assumed to be "contained" by a materialistic and geometric measurement -- the distance as number is subsumed into the geometry as length. The point of long division for numbers is secretly converted to a line as geometry into the real number line.

And so, as math professor Joe Mazur states, there are no "infinitesmial measuring tools." Because of this -- the Motion Paradox of Zeno will never be solved by science. The same Motion Paradox exists for NDEs.

I have studied NDES -- for example the fascinating Biography Channel show -- "I Survived: Beyond and Back." I have watched the NDE documentaries and I've listened to the Skeptico podcasts on NDES, interviews with the authors, etc. Now there is a very subtle point that is made in the NDE visions. Yes some people go to Hell and some go to Heaven. But for example one person asked if the light of heaven was God and she was told -- the light of heaven is the breathing of God.

  2. In other words the final reality is not subjective nor is it objective. The final reality is -- inherently -- unknown -- as quantum physics has proven. It is non-local and entangled and even holographic -- but it can not be seen as light nor can it be measured by technology. Logically the final reality, as quantum physicist Bernard d'Espagnat details so well in his Templeton Award winning quantum research on consciousness -- logically the final reality can be inferred. Logically inferred. This is what Socrates taught also and what Buddha taught and it's also the real teachings in the Bible. Logically inferred -- not seen, not even experienced through the personal state of awareness.

It's actually very simple - if not the NDE then what other state can be considered by humans? Of course that state is deep dreamless sleep. If the NDE is just a subjective experience then what of deep dreamless sleep? The fact is the normal person experiences no sense of time, no sense of space and no visions, etc. in deep dreamless sleep. And yet when we wake up we realize we got a good night's rest -- our bliss is restored. Logically we can infer that we still existed in our deep dreamless sleep -- but who we are -- logically we can infer -- that who we are is not our visions, nor a sense of time nor space.

Is consciousness just a biological after-effect -- a sort of automaton reaction from waking up from sleep? Or do we still exist as a person with consciousness even in deep dreamless sleep? Consciousness is not a vison, nor a thought, nor a sense of time, nor of space - nor is it personal, nor is it subjective nor is it objective. Consciousness is the reality that is always-already -- it is logically inferred as the source of the I-thought. Consciousness - that which is eternal -- and never changing - is called the Emptiness in Taoism or in Buddhism -- it is called Brahman in India -- it is the "infinite potential" in quantum physics.

The NDE can not capture this consciousness except in the descriptions of a void, blackness that was traveled through. Dr. Eben Alexander states he had to remember a particular melody in order to arouse his consciousness out of a sort of lower astral realm and then he was able to return to his experience of a higher astral realm. But as Mahayana Buddhism explains there are "different levels of Emptiness" and there are "different levels of consciousness."

  3. See reality is not based on symmetric math as Western science relies on. Reality is based on complementary opposites -- yin and yang -- the musical Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth - the quantum "time-frequency uncertainty principle." And so a person with a low level of consciousness goes to Hell when they die and a person with a high level of consciousness goes to heaven. This is reflected holographically in their own body. Heaven and Hell exist within our own bodies. Tibetan monks know this - and so when a person dies they see which part of the body goes cold last. That demonstrates where the dead person's electromagnetic spirit was focused in their body - and holographically whether the person goes to Heaven or to Hell.

But nevertheless Emptiness and Consciousness eternally resonate through different levels and Emptiness remains impersonal - the substrate of reality -- called the eighth Level of consciousness in Mahayana Buddhism - the consciousness of the Universe. The NDE passes through Emptiness but does not actually obtain the eighth level of consciousness because that requires the body physically dying. As long as the spirit is still attached to the body then it has not totally physically died yet.

Science does not even recognize a spirit -- but it is called biophotons in quantum biology - that's the closest science has gotten. Or the quantum entanglement based on the Zeno Effect discovered in bird migration and photosynthesis in plants. So a person's heart can stop and they can be dead but their spirit can still be attached to their body and even can do miraculous things with their body and their brain -- visions and healing -- as happened with Dr. Eben Alexander.

Many spiritual masters -- like Ramana Maharshi had his heart stop for over ten minutes - and that was when he achieved "eternal liberation." This means in Mahayana Buddhism he emptied out his seventh level of consciousness. But to truly empty out his eighth level of consciousness he has to empty out the first five levels of consciousness of the body. At that stage then multiple physical bodies are created at the same time - bilocation or "yang spirits" in Taoism. But only when the person retains subjective personal consciousness of those multiple spiritual bodies - and yet is not attached to them by staying in the Emptiness of the eighth level of consciousness of the Universe - then they have achieved Supreme Complete Enlightenment.

  4. thats really awesome, I recently watched this sun ra movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwNtxFH6IjU&feature=related

also this documentary is great, especially with john gilmore saying it took him about 6 months to actually hear sun ra and what was really going on haha

    1. Sweet. I was asking qigong master Jim Nance about his former master -- an AFrican-American healer. I said what was his name Shamoo in Washington D.C.? some mechanic? He said -- oh you mean Carmoo in Cambridge Mass.

haha. I said - Yeah I found info on him online.

      http://www.shaktitechnology.com/KARMU/index.htm

Oh it's Karmu. But he was a car mechanic has the Karma pun.

Yeah Jim said -- have you seen the Green Mile movie? I said -- yeah but not in a while -- it's on cable all the time so I'll have to watch that again!

Jim goes yeah Karmu was built like the healer in Green Mile -- it's a film about an African American paranormal healer.

I said to Jim -- you must really relate to that movie now. He said - -yeah. haha.

  5. Your blog is awesome. Thankyou.
You mentioned Martin Balls disbelief in remote viewing, leaving the body in a real sense.
As you would be familiar with probably, our brain constructs a 3d model of the environments we navigate. Things that change are percieved, things that are static remain constructions in our minds. I can't help but wonder if there is something to this with respect to 'leaving the body' and NDE's. Could it be that we navigate the internal model of our environment, our projection of it at least in some sense?

    1. Yeah great point.

So Bifocal vision is the means for 3D vision.

But the third eye of the pineal gland enables precognition and astral travel and long distance healing and telepathy and telekinesis and creation of matter even.

O.K. so reality is holographic -- science says this is 2D -- but actually it is formless -- we can "see" reality -- the universe exists within us and we exist within the universe.

So Jim nance and other shen qigong masters with the third eye fully open -- like Adam the Dream Healer and Effie P. Chow and Chunyi Lin and Lesley Anne Vincent and Wang, Liping and Yan Xin and Master Yau of Shaolin and master Zhang....

      John Chang, etc.

Yeah I asked Jim Nance -- so he said to me:

All of this is going to be gone. Your thoughts, everything here is going to be gone.

I said -- so when we die it is just like a dream right? I mean if we don't have enough chi stored up in our lower tan tiens then we just become ghosts right?

He said -- it's more than that.

He said that what remains of us is infinite. I said if the infinite the spirit light energy? He said no.

So Jim Nance was affirming the Emptiness as consciousness -- it is the infinite process that creates light energy -- the process of listening as consciousness.

And so this is beyond any duality. We always-already are listening. No ONE is listening.

Actually Dennis McKenna and Terrance hit on this idea with a concept of the Icaros songs creating the light energy.

I haven't read his book yet but I emailed him about it and maybe he'll respond - he's super busy with mailing books and doing book promotions, etc.

But this "internal model" is actually based on language that is materialist and tied to containing infinity by 3D measurements.

For example Westerners define reality dualistically because our logic is based on Aristotlean "exclusion of the middle" logic - which then is used as "proof by contradiction" for Western geometric math.

But say in Ojibwe language there is greater sophistication - even out of English - for example the word "we" can refer to "you and me" or "me and others" -- etc. The word WE is used as a "misplaced modifier" often -- for power control. For example someone at work might say "we" to mean themselves and the people in charge -- in contrast to "you" or "me." So they use "we" to identify themselves as in charge, etc.

      Delete
    2. Anyway in other languages this ambiguity of the word "we" does not exist and in Burmese -- the direct person pronoun is often not used at all in the sentence structure. Because the language itself is based on Buddhist philosophy -- so that everything is just happening as action but there is no "I" to perceive or cling to the action.

Also in Burma there is no national sport of "winners" versus "losers."

I mean just think how ingrained it is in our culture -- everyone -- it is dopamine addiction to play games where someone "wins" -- card games, sports, etc. And this is training for warfare, etc.

So that is all dualistic thinking based on defining reality as 3D so that there is limited space as infinity and in order to 'win" other people must "lose." etc.

So just this basic difference -- if someone goes to Church for example but they still don't accept that God is immaterial -- and therefore reality is infinite -- then Church is usually more just a social club for people to maintain a strong community to support war efforts, etc.

What is happening on Earth right now is the equivalent of a cosmic catastrophe as if a comet struck Earth, destroying all bifocal based life with 3D perception. This is based Jupiter protects Earth from comets but Jupiter and Saturn resonate as 5:4 - which is translated in the West as the cube root of two -- for the first three dimensional "containment" of infinity as measurement -- from music harmonics. Kepler documented this. So now Chaos science states it is unpredictable when Jupiter and Saturn resonate but when they do it causes asteroids or comets to hit Earth, destroying all 3D bifocal vision based life - the 5/4 resonance collapses the cube root of two measurment back to it's formless source of perception as quantum biophotons with non-local entanglement of the future and past.

  6. Interesting last paragraph:

I say this because of how I'm connecting this to the Saturn Myth Theory promoted by the Electric Universe scientists.

You probably have seen this, but I'll post it: "Symbols of an Alien Sky" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7EAlTcZFwY

Although, perhaps some of the connections between space plasma formations and rock art aren't always solid; I tend to sometimes lean more on the side of rock art = psychedelic images.

However, are not these psychedelic phenomena electrical/plasma phenomena? Still, I'm somewhat surprised that the plasma physicists haven't (to my knowledge) picked up on the rock art = psychedelic images as well.

    1. Yeah actually I was just reading Jason Colvito debunking Hamlet's Mill -- that it's actually from a Solar myth -- not a precession of the equinoxes...http://www.jasoncolavito.com/1/post/2012/12/hamlets-mill-precession-or-solar-symbol.html

Personally I think the ritual priest obsession with astrology found worldwide has more to do with agriculture requiring cyclical solar-based calendars. For example in the Mayan culture the planet Venus predicted the rainy season with all sorts of cultural meaning based on the fertility of the soil as love. In Egypt this was the brighest star in the sky predicting the rise of the river Nile to fertilize and irrigate their crops: Sirius.

Certainly planetary alignments affect the energy on Earth -- but the cosmic catastrophes that are cyclical are more likely about 60 million years apart. Nothing compared to just a few thousand years ago.

These violent stories are more about the rise of patriarchy as the Solar calendar over the lunar matrifocal energy aligned with the menstrual cycle as the focus of humanity in the San Bushmen culture - the true Garden of Eden. Or similary - the Pygmies (Baka People) actually are the original Garden of Eden culture -- very closely related to the San Bushmen. This is from the pygmies described in Egypt.

The dragon or serpent is the Solar "yang chi" energy -- it is electromagnetic energy as the iron power of blood. So the heart energy is yang dragon solar energy as spirit energy.

To say "nothing can explain" the firey breath of the dragon -- again it is the solar energy but as electromagnetic healing energy of the true real man - the shamanic healer.

The volcanic castrophe -- in the Mediterrean -- "The Minoan civilisation came to an abrupt end when Thera erupted violently around 1600 BC."

The "archetype" of Adonis is documented by D.M. Murdock aka Acharya S. -- Adonis is the Solar God again - just like Jesus -- based on the winter Solstice -- the birth of the sun.

To contrast the more "literal" art of the paleolithic Europe era with the "newer" more distinctive patterns -- that are not as literal.

Well guess what? It ignores the earlier art work of the San Bushmen culture. The oldest religious statue in the world is from 70,000 BCE -- of a snake! Now is that some cosmic catastrophe? NOPE!! It is the kundalini energy.

Still it is electromagnetic based. Just because abstract rock art looks like plasma discharge doesn't mean it aligns with any specific catastrophic event.

The two dots by the stomach of the person is not from the torus of the plasma discharge of the sky -- but the lower tan tien energy -- called the N/om or boiling energy of the belly.

It's like the supposed alignments of the pyramids of Egypt with cosmic stars -- Kate Spence has debunked this work of the egyptologists. http://www.math.nus.edu.sg/aslaksen/gem-projects/hm/0102-1-pyramids/page1002.htm

    3. nevertheless -- this association of Saturn with a pole star -- based on saturn being luminuous with clear rotations as Time -- and Kepler's measurement of the Pythagorean Harmony of the Spheres with orbit resonance.... it does tie into this "collapse" into formless awareness.

I appreciate the connection. I just think a LITERAL interpretation of the mythic astrological observations is silly.

  7. Thanks Drew,

    I appreciate your analysis above.

Precession of the equinoxes seems to be a major meme throughout the alternative history communities. I wasn't aware that it was debunked, mainly because it seems that it's a concept that goes largely unquestioned.

You said: ["Personally I think the ritual priest obsession with astrology found worldwide has more to do with agriculture requiring cyclical solar-based calendars."]

Interesting comment. Especially in light of a great video I recently watched on YouTube which highlights how the rise of agriculture was a cultural period that defined the rise of civilization, i.e, that of cities, urban areas; and simultaneously, the decline of hunter gatherer horticulture.

Horticulture seems to be very close, if not synonymous, with the practice we call permaculture today. It's where we begin cultivating polyculture crops instead of monoculture. And, polyculture is done on a much smaller scale. In polyculture or permaculture, we are guided by how nature grows and sustains the environment. So obviously we're working with her instead of fighting. I've started doing this type of farming. Wait, no, it's actually turned into a way of life. Haha. Perhaps the Bushmen would be proud.

Anyway, here's a good video on the history of our decline from horticulture/tribe society to agriculture/civilization/urban society. It's from Toby Hemenway, who has written the standout book on permaculture called "Gaia's Garden." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nLKHYHmPbo

You said: ["The dragon or serpent is the Solar "yang chi" energy -- it is electromagnetic energy as the iron power of blood."]

Yeah I agree. I always wondered how electromagnetic energy behaved around and in iron substances. What's this thing with Dan Winter who claims electromagnetic energy can't tolerate certain types of hard metal, like steel? Confused on that one. Well, I heard that on a Rak Razam interview. I also heard from, I think it was John Lash, the neo-Gnostic mythologist, how he does a ritual where he cuts himself and, by intention, drops blood on the ground while outdoors. I'll have to try to find that source later.

You said: ["It's like the supposed alignments of the pyramids of Egypt with cosmic stars -- Kate Spence has debunked this work of the egyptologists."]

Good point. Brings to mind the popular Graham Hancock, Robert Bauval and John Anthony West. I have a book by Bauval, called "Black Genesis," which posits how we came from Africa. But the main gist of the book was the connection to the Egyptian pyramids and the stars and planets. However, on the origins of a black genesis, I found an academic paper that questions and confuses this assertion: http://www.scribd.com/doc/100108545/Re-Examining-the-Out-of-Africa-Theory-and-the-Origin-of-Europeoids-Caucasoids-in-Light-of-DNA-Genealogy

  8. What I've read from the Saturn Myth adherents is that Saturn may have been a brown dwarf star. Wallace Thornhill, a leading plasma cosmologist, claims this is the case. Just because brown dwarfs seem to be the best climate for earth beings doesn't necessarily make Saturn originally a brown dwarf. That's of course, why the Saturn Death Cult site claims Earth was originally in a "purplish twilight haze" in the beginning. I guess that's what they imagine the atmosphere would look like enveloped in the brown dwarf sheath.

Here's Thornill working with his evidence: ["Since an electric star is heated externally a planet need not be destroyed by orbiting beneath its anode glow. In fact life is not only possible inside the glow of a small brown dwarf, it seems far more likely than on a planet orbiting outside a star! This is because the radiant energy arriving on a planet orbiting inside a glowing sphere is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the planet.

There are no seasons, no tropics and no ice-caps. A planet does not have to rotate, its axis can point in any direction and its orbit can be eccentric. The radiant energy received by the planet will be strongest at the blue and red ends of the spectrum. Photosynthesis relies on red light. Sky light would be a pale purple (the classical “purple dawn of creation”)"].

If someone can generously read into astrology in other languages and then based on that misreading wax nostalgic about remote hypothetical possibilities of outerspace and finally turn around to rewrite the biogeochemical history of Earth -- well they get an A Plus for creativity. haha.

Science Fiction has always bored me and in light of how science has created the ecological crisis on Earth -- it's a bit discomforting that fringe wacko scientists are trying to reform Earth in their image of a Brown Dwarf star.

So Robert Jastrow and Timothy Ferris and others are keen on colonizing outerspace -- Ferris once stated that if the CERN collider creates a blackhole that destroys Earth -- it won't matter because no one would know it happened. haha.

That's the kind of apocalyptic logic of these scientists that goes against the real ecology which humans used to be in tune with -- in the San Bushmen culture, etc.

I remember listening to John Lash Lamb or whatever his name is describing his blood letting ritual. The problem is that it is precisely that -- just a ritual. It's not based on any real knowledge of how to create electromagnetic chi energy -- which is detailed in the book "Taoist Yoga; Alchemy and Immortality."

  10. Funny, I just finished Mckenna's book! I'd be interested to know what you think once you're done reading. I felt very sad for him having such a strained relationship with his brother; in fact his account of their lives seems to reinforce the notion that psychedelics, effective as they are, don't really "bring it home" so to speak. I mean, Dennis' account of his life is fraught with emotional difficulties with women and family and his self-defeating insecurities, etc. So it seemed to me. The same goes for Terence. These are both people who were very involved with tryptamine experiences for their whole lives and they only seemed to benefit from them in a very cerebral way. Dennis seems to understand matters of the heart quite well but seems unable to live those understandings. That's what I got from it anyway, maybe you can post a review on here. I don't mean to overly criticize the Mckenna brothers for relying on drugs, I just felt so heartbroken reading about their relationship, one which seems at odds with the very positive insights that they both seemed to get from the tryptamines. They were so close, almost sharing a self, and yet so very distant from each other.

Thanks for posting the link to Nityama's website again. I had checked it out a while ago but this time it really got to me. I also found Sasha Cobra's website and videos which I wasn't aware of before and those really cleared up a lot of things for me. Maybe it's more effective to hear it from a woman, haha! At any rate, watching her do bodywork on a man was a more more intense experience than watching Nityama doing work on a woman. As a man I mean, I really felt the blocks and negativity that came out on the table. I had an overwhelming confirmation of "yep, men are very, very messed up at this point in time and I have a lot of work to do myself". Listening to Sasha's interviews and talks really opened me up and helped me understand things that I have been halfway on. Nityama as well, less specifically about sexual problems but just general problems of judgement, neediness, unconsciousness that plague human interactions. Good stuff... though both he and Sasha seem to charge ridiculous amounts of money for what is such a potential benefit to the planet. I wish there was a way for these things to penetrate more deeply into society, to be more accessible.

Watching the Nitvana tablework I thought "this must be the successive internal climaxes that Drew is always talking about!" It's like watching sex that has had all lustful, negative charge removed from it. It is like the opposite of pornography. I wonder if you have an opinion on that kind of energy work in terms of it's neutrality- can it be perverted in the hands of someone who has the wrong intentions? There are other people doing the same kind of thing out there (like divinepollination on youtube) but none of them feel as heart-centered to me as Nityama... probably just because he is more clear in his energy.

    1. Hmm. thanks for the hook up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21aamIROUJs

I'm watching it wondering - why doesn't he have a boner? haha.

Seriously though -- I have only listened to a couple interviews with her -- I suppose she is transmitted chi into him...

She's resting his hand right by his organ. haha.

Anyway yeah actually I was just describing my experiences more to a friend of mine -- ummm.....

Yeah I did this for FREE for five years. I burned out a lot of my jing energy.

At the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" states -- it is "False Fire of the Heart" and like kicking a ball over and over -- it loses the air after a while.

So it's jing energy activated by heart passion but it doesn't make real chi energy by the male.

In other words to sublimate the jing energy - the mind has to be EMPTY in meditation -- and otherwise the jing energy is not PURIFIED -- which is the key to making chi energy from the jing energy.

So I was transmitting jing energy but just on a carrier wave of pineal gland chi energy. So that's why along with the neurohormones -- also I sublimated the lower body anerobic bacteria and toxins -- leaching out of my skull!!

I do this automatically - the vagus nerve pulls up the energy to my pineal gland and then turns it into electromagnetic chi energy.

but that energy needs to then be brought down the front to the heart -- and this is done in emptiness meditation.

It is via the left side vagus nerve.

Basically tantra is limited to the lower realm of form -- Bill Bodri's article does a good job explaining this limitation.

Yes it does heal the body and also creates REAL LOVE -- which is unfortunately an unknown technique in modern society. haha.

But still it is dirty practice - and weak transmissions. Nitayama obviously has his third eye open more than me -- he isn't kicking out the bacteria out of his skull like I do. haha.

Like when Jim Nance -- he just said DON'T EVEN THINK THAT WAY!!

So he also emphasizes the Nothingness to create real chi energy. But when Jim waves his hand at me - it felt like by body was transparent!

      Delete
    2. The chi energy was completely deep in the middle of my body and he was pulling out my blockages! So it felt like his hand was in my body and he was pulling out energy blockages and basically my body was this transparent container to him.

So that's based on the shakti shen transmission -- and Jim can turn it up and do it long distance - once he made the middle of my brain on fire!! He did it back in 2005 -- from about 10 miles away - and just as an initial practice.

He told me when he does that he really is there -- when he leaves his body -- it's just like real life.

For me -- the internal orgasm is after the erection -- for example Muktananda states in his autobiography that he got this biggest erection when he went into Nirvikalpa Samadhi.

The book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" explains that at first there is a RETRACTION of the reproductive organ - because all the energy is sublimated. But then as the jing energy is built up -- as long as it's not transmitted or sucked up by anyone else (and that's the real challenge) -- nor is it burned up by physical exercise, or emotional stress, etc. -- so assuming you can keep building up the jing energy then finally there is a huge standing erection that is not at all based on lust or passion.

So that means the lower tan tien is full and it fully activates the "pre-natal" chi or yang chi - the electromagnetic energy of the heart from the iron of the blood.

But so -- for the internal climax there is an erection but the sex fluids shoot up the spine. For example if the sex energy is not sublimated then it goes back to the prostate and then the piss is all foamy. That means it has not be sublimated properly.

The best way to practice is to not even think about this stuff and then the sublimation happens with purity to more easily create the chi energy. There's a lot of factors but emotional energy is the most important and then nutrition and then setting or environment.

Yeah traditionally ayahuasca is combined with the meditation celibacy training and also a serotonin diet and fasting in isolation from females.

So Dennis never did that type of training with intensive ayahuasca immediately following a previous dose that ran its course. To be a real shaman - -that's what it requires but as Michael Taussig states - since DMT is a "post-death" experience more males are too afraid to take it again once it just wore off after four hours or so.

Yeah when I hear report backs of people flying to the Amazon - the DMT trip doesn't usually sound as powerful as what I had experienced - and also the visions are subconscious projections but that also a spirit connection too since reality is holographic. This is why say Advaita Vedanta even dismisses the astral realms as just projections of the ego.

      Delete
    3. So based on Advaita VEdanta there is not supposed to be any ego use of paranormal powers --

If there is any use of powers they have to be emptied out or balanced out back into the emptiness --

BAsically after about 40 mutual climaxes the energy becomes stronger as chi energy -- electromagnetic of the heart.

And so it is strong magnetic love energy -- so much that physical separation from the person causes heart break!

So it is real love - the thing is it could be with a person with whom I have even no physical attraction! haha.

I mean there's climaxes -- mutual orgasms -- but tantra is impersonal that way.

So the love -- when that hits -- then it is beyond any lust as sex -- it's - there's no desire even for orgasms - it's just heart-bursting electromagnetic love that is overwhelming.

So I had this happen with let's see -- five different females over a period of five years. I joking called them "repeat customers." haha.

But anyway I stopped doing this because Chunyi Lin said that my transmissions would always be weak unless I stored up energy in my lower tan tien.

Psychophysiologically speaking the male external ejaculation triggers the stress hormone reaction as the sympathetic nervous system -- so for me - that is always bad unless procreation is necessary. I don't see the need for any more humans personally -- but of course if they are created then they can be bundles of love energy. haha.

Anyway of course there has to be energy to transmit - the Perv Attack is the exact opposite of this -- whereby people -- well males addicted to ejaculation then desperately suck off energy so they can ejaculate. This means -- and sadly some females enjoy having their sex center activated -- even though they are being sucked off and turned into sex slaves. So they don't find out till it's too late -- like they get married or the male is physically threatening them, etc. Well for males too - being raped, etc. and then the victims repressed their pain and project it on others. So the male predator thinks if HE gets an erection that means the other person is attracted to him - when on the contrary he NEEDS to suck off the other peron's energy so he can ejaculate. The male perv has their electromagnetic spirit stuck in their lower chakra and does not know how to sublimate their energy much less purify it into chi energy.

      Delete
    4. I tried listening to that divinepollution vid -- he has low jing energy as you can hear in his voice!!

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjeNm_c3_NQ

      O.K. now this one where he's doing the "O at a D" -

see when I do it I use my pineal gland - not my hands - and also the energy goes through walls, the ceiling - and even across the yard, or street, etc.

Now listening to this guy -- or the female being effected.

I just think - why is he taking so long? It sounds like she is frustrated like she can't quite get there. It sounds kind of sad to me. haha.

Basically there are two "build up" climaxes and then a third climax that is the "real" climax like the equivalent of a male ejaculation.

So for this session it sounds like she hasn't even had a first climax yet!!!

Oh well -- also the moaning, etc. -- it isn't necessary although I've had it happen for me - through the wall!! haha. And the thing is that -- well I don't see the need to go into more details but let's just say males really have no idea at how adroit females are. haha.

Yeah I still feel like she hasn't climaxed and it's been -- what five minutes. I'm feeling sorry for her. haha. I mean it's painful to listen to.

I don't know about the whole charging more for this stuff.

I think Nitayama - his sessions seem definitely real. This stuff seems like too much struggle to me.

But anyway he says in his comments it depends how sensitive his clients are to the energy -- like if they work with reiki then they respond better! That seems funny to me - I never -- well -- I mean it was never even an issue for me and it was all kinds of females. Oh well.

Yeah like I said -- this is "dirty" practice and I don't do it anymore - but it's still better than male ejaculation sex. For example the bonobo primate males rarely ejaculate even though they have sex all the time - and their culture is peaceful with the females in control. Umm they are closest to humans and so the Bushmen culture is more like the bonobos while modern humans are more like chimpanzees with the males obsessed with rape and warfare, etc.

  11. Yeah I get that from the divine pollinator guy. I mean he's saying all the right things but his energy doesn't seem right. There's a lot of listings on his website about "sacred" non-monogamy, cuddle parties, etc; it feels like these kind of guys are just getting a bit too carried away by all the "exciting" energy that they are bringing up and it becomes kind of manic and obsessed, lots of partners and that kind of thing. I certainly felt that way the first time I practiced Karezza with my wife. It was like "woah, this is something not to treat lightly."

Although I don't get the bad energy feeling from Nityama... I wonder what his training involved in terms of diet, etc. And listening to his interviews, he seems very cool-headed and clear when it comes to espousing philosophical stuff about human interactions. Even when people call in who are outraged by what he's saying, he never gets riled up or anything, which I think is a pretty good indication of stability, purity, or whatever.

You're probably right that the sex-based practices are much lesser than total celibate, secluded training. But it's also, as you said, much better than ejaculation-based, you know, "normal" sex. And yeah, it took a while for me to understand the primacy of emotional energy when it comes to the nitty gritty, I was much more obsessed with diet and which direction I faced when I meditated, haha. Then again I was in my early 20's when I first encountered this stuff. And very full of emotional issues, naturally.

    Thanks for the responses!

    1. Well someone on Thetaobums a) didn't believe me. B) wanted me to post a video as proof c) stated that Nityama takes energy from females.

Well I wanted to point out that yes energy is taken in from the females - even Mantak Chia states this!! Michael Winn states this also -- stating that the Kriya Yoga master at an old age needed to be surrounded by young females to recharge his jing energy. haha.

But then the jing energy is transformed by the yogi into the chi energy that is transmitted back into the females.

So Chunyi Lin says to always transmit energy first when doing healings.

Umm -- anyway if I was just doing "exorcisms" of people -- taking out their lower emotional jing energy -- they would freak out! haha.

Still if I create chi energy -- even though I am no longer "flexing" my pineal gland -- people still suck up the chi energy -- it -- my eyes pulsate as the biophotons go out of my eyes.

So anyway the idea is just keep building up the chi energy and then we are even less susceptible to others taking the energy -- even if it's pervs using it to ejaculate.

Umm... I mean that is the worst! haha. But as Jim told me I would need to build up my energy so strong that pervs can not even sense that I have that energy! So I think that means opening up the third eye fully - he said this is very difficult to get to that level.

It's what Gurdjieff called a Number Five person. Gurdjieff said it's a long ways to a number five person.

I think Nityama is not a Number Five person - but he just kept practicing.

For me - I actually stopped practicing for months - because a) people freaked from my energy being so strong. b) I freaked out. c) I could no longer afford the special diet, work conditions, classes, etc. d) I wanted to see if the pineal gland sensation would go away or not.

I know the last sounds funny -- like stop practicing to see if it is permanent or not. I guess I wasn't sure if I wanted it to go away or not. But it didn't go away!

So my main challenge now is diet -- if I am very careful then I don't get the internal tingling and I don't off-gas crap smell. I can't smell it myself but people comment and I can feel the bacteria -- after the "food goes to my head" as Chunyi Lin described it. So Master Nan said to eat five small meals a day. Sri Dhyanyogi said to not sit in full lotus until 2 1/2 hours after eating. The whole vegetarian thing -- and anyway it's difficult for me to follow all those restrictions. I'm more like a Theravedin monk who eats whatever is given to him. haha

      Delete
  12. is the internal tingling in your head, on one side or the other? I have a similar thing that I can't really seem to work out. It's sort of a tingling or tightening, mostly on the left side of my head, like a knot flexing itself. I can't tell if it's just that my third eye is off kilter or something.... maybe I just spend too much time in my head and the energy gets trapped there. The only thing that makes it go away completely is grounding myself in a long day of physical work, but even then it starts up again once I stop working for a few hours.

And you mention crap-smell; when I stretch into my head tingling, I can detect a kind of crappy smell which has always been strange to me, but i don't reek or anything that other people can detect as in your experience. The food thing makes sense, my acupuncturist told me that my head stuff is connected to a lack of chi and that I should build up my digestion with bone broth and then eat eggs and meat. I definitely notice the head tingles are much worse when I habitually eat grains, especially junk like pop tarts which I am not always immune to. Coffee sets it off probably the worst. Beer seems to be really bad. Probably grains aren't great food for humans anyways.

    1. Yeah exactly -- I get it from fruit, grains and sugar. But all it seems too acidic or just too much food.

Also yeah physical exercise makes it go away or doing the standing active tai-chi type exercises.

The thing is that something like tai-chi turns the food energy into chi whereas just normal physical exercise will build muscle which is also a type of stored chi energy -- just not quite the same -- limited potential.

I use vinegar sometimes but it is too acidic also -- still it counteracts sugar.

I eat sugar still but eat garlic or onions or vinegar.

If I use wheat then I use oil to lower the glycemic index.

So those are just coping mechanisms.

Gabriel cousens said the key for his meditation yoga in India was to not eat fruit because even fruit had too much sugar.

A banana for example is the same sugar as a cookie.

So it depends - but yeah I try to eat more meat, eggs, olive oil, fish, cheese, etc. but I also have tons of cayenne with any dairy or meat....

Yeah I used to eat 3 BULBS of garlic a day for a while when I was doing O at a Ds and dumpster diving for food. haha. that's why I had to quit my job - the main reason.

I would eat tons of greens to deal with the garlic. But still -- my skin now is permanently yellow from all the sulphur I ate!!!

Now I do spirulina as my main winter green since it's dried.

Yeah Sri Dhyanyogi stated he could never find food pure enough when he was in the U.S.

Chunyi Lin told me not to worry about it -- but obviously if I can't even talk to people that's pretty serious. haha.

So when I fasted when I went to the qigong center and my friend said I wasn't off-gassing -- then later he reaffirmed this even when I was having some doubts. haha.

Yeah I get raw almonds for calcium. I cut wood with a bow saw -- so I burn calories....

The tingling can be anywhere in my body but it starts in the solar plexus usually -- but it can be in the legs, in the skull. Also in the skull I literally feel bacteria in the skull cavity - it gets leached out of my gums, nose and eyes.

Once when I was bad off - eating lots of bread -- and literally my eyes were brown - the whites of my eyes -- because of the anaerobic crap bacteria. haha. A friend of mine even said that he could see that my eyes were full of crap or whatever.

So I am much better than before -- but still -- I mean in traditional Tantra -- a certain sect has to eat human flesh and human shit....

So basically I have taken to that extreme practically.

  13. So the greens and the cayenne clean the liver from the heavy load that meat and eggs put on it? I fasted for a week doing the "master cleanse"; distilled water and sometimes added cayenne / lemon juice / maple syrup (probably should have just left the syrup out of that completely). But won't the cayenne also heat up the liver too much? I worry about that because of the rash that I mentioned on here a while back. I definitely have a liver block and try to think of ways to work on it even though I eat so much meat, etc.

And the garlic / vinegar couteracts the sugar? And then greens to counteract the garlic?

My father in law has been grain and sugar free for a couple months now and he has definitely become a different person.... although I wonder how well his liver is doing with the constant diet of meat and heavy cream! He does do pretty well on salads though. Anyways, it's crazy that he eats probably better than I do now. Definitely motivational. It's harder now to clean my consumption up now that I have a one-year-old. I cut myself a good bit of slack when it comes to the lapse into pop tarts, coffee, alcohol, cannabis, all of which keep my liver from clearing. Oh well, haha.

All those things also probably burn off whatever chi I build up. I'm still newbie enough that it's hard for me to really feel which energy is jing, what is chi, what exactly is going on.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll check out Gurdjeiff again now that you mention him.

    1. Yeah diet depends on age, weather, etc. Also you can clear the blockages from food -- qigong master Jim Nance told me to do this. I keep forgeting just because I don't really feel much energy from my hands - just in the middle of my brain. haha.

So yeah doing the qigong exercises is the best -- when I went 8 days on just half a glass of water I had the most energy I have ever created. But that was a special circumstance I probably won't be able to recreate again in my life. I was getting regular energy transmissions from Chunyi Lin and I was meditating all day -- at least six hours - and I was 29 years old -- no movies, no internet forums, blogs, -- avoided females, etc.

Yeah I was on a vegan diet for months for that training and before that on a vegetarian diet for years - and then I even went salt free. Something about the potassium to sodium-chloride ratios increases the chi energy. Yeah you can get sodium from vegetables so I just used Braggs for sodium.

Yeah the liver is tricky since it provides energy for the chi but -- like Jim Nance said he stopped eating greasy food.
So also cayenne or spices are hard on the lungs -- so Chunyi Lin says to cut down on spices -- I think depending on the season -- like in Winter to cut back on spices more. I don't follow this - so it's too tricky for me.

So yeah seasonal eating is real key also. Actually in Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality there is to be no garlic or onions or leeks eaten because it increases the ejaculation.

So yeah my diet now is not at all ideal -- Chunyi Lin is vegetarian. I think the advantage is increased serotonin from vegetarian diet. I read the liver makes enough cholesterol but if you get cholesterol from food the body will use I think about a third extra beyond what the liver makes on its own.

I definitely notice increased testosterone from olive oil. Yeah the saturated fat -- even say coconut oil -- it decreases blood flow and so cuts off erections. So anyway my blood pressure last I checked a week ago was 107 over 69 and that is a diet full of eggs, greasy bacon, sausage, other meats, etc.

So the cayenne really does work to lower blood pressure. I have not gotten a "bad cholesterol" blood test ever -- but the two are correlated -- lower blood pressure should indicate lower bad cholesterol.

Still I think ideally -- like fish -- I eat sardines for Vitamin D -- but that kind of fish fat is not going to make a person sluggish as much.

Yeah I think putting baking soda with the vinegar will counteract the acid ph yet you still get the acetic acid benefit -- which dramatically lowers the lactic acid that causes muscle soreness.

So yeah I think I will do even more vinegar -- just add some baking soda - be careful about the fizzing. haha.

I can't really say what's a good diet - but greens clear out the liver best -- like dandelion root also is very good. Still too much greens can be too yin. I use tons of spirulina every day -- also my eyes are green but on spirulina the green of my eyes is much darker and my dreams are more vivid on spirulina.

I had a great flying dream night before last.
